Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the recruitment industry.
- Proven track record of achieving business development targets and goals.
- In-depth understanding of the business development within the recruitment landscape.
- Strong networking skills and ability to establish and maintain relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Identify and target potential clients within the international and local markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and requirements, offering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Collaborate with Recruitment Consultants to align services with client demands.
- Present Black Pen Recruitment's value proposition to potential clients.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies.
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and conferences.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations.
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities.
