Business Development Associate

We are seeking a qualified individual for a dynamic Swiss education administration software company. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelors degree in Business or a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. Previous success in B2B sales and familiarity with the education sector would be beneficial.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research on target clients
  • Generate fresh leads and identify appropriate points of contact
  • Interact with decision-makers at potential clients, fostering strong daily relationships
  • Develop, execute, and oversee outbound sales and business development campaigns
  • Efficiently manage the sales pipeline within assigned region(s)
  • Successfully close deals with new clients to drive revenue for the business
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business or a minimum of 2 years of applicable work experience
  • Familiarity with CRM software or a similar platform is advantageous
  • Previous success in B2B sales is advantageous
  • Exposure to the education sector is advantageous
  • Solid comprehension of the sales process
  • Exceptional skills in lead research
  • Strong interpersonal abilities
  • Self-motivated and fast learner
  • Outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Determination to achieve targets
  • Organisational and reporting proficiency
  • Reliable and punctual
