POSITION: Business Development Consultant

LOCATION: Parktown, Gauteng

SALARY: Basic + High Commission earnings

Month 1 - Start on R20k with no commission
Month 2 R18k plus commission
Month 3 Fixed at R15k plus commission - based on scales with high earning potential based on performance.
= R45 estimated commission

This role involves attending sales meetings, analysing the client needs, matching the needs with the

company’s product suite and closing the deal.

REQUIRMENTS:

Management and tracking of target achievement
Qualify and attend all sales appointments
Match client needs to company product suite
Proposal drafting and sales administration
Follow up and secure signed proposals
Client relationship management
Stats management and reporting
A minimum of 2 years sales experience with field sales as main focus
Basic knowledge of the BEE Codes/Industry is recommended
BDM and CRM experience
Exceptionally good attention to detail
Self-starter, self-management and requires minimum support
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group such as executives, managers, subject matter experts.
Ability to deal with stress and work under pressure and against deadlines
Strong presentation skills
Knowledge of basic computer operations and programs
Ability to prioritise and multi-task
Problem solving skills
Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information.
Proven track record of sales achievements
