What You'll Be Doing
Your primary role is to be the face of AI Talent Market in the field. You will be responsible for visiting businesses to conduct a brief survey to identify their needs and potential pain points.
- You will not be selling or closing deals. Your sole focus is on generating high-quality leads.
- The Head Office will provide you with a pre-vetted list of businesses to visit, so you are always targeting the right companies.
We handle all the selling and client management, allowing you to focus on what you do best: building relationships and discovering opportunities.
What We Offer You
We pay a basic salary and commission. Our compensation model is designed to provide you with a stable income while offering unlimited earning potential.
Who We Are Looking For
You don't need a background in tech or sales to succeed. We provide all the training and tools you'll need. The only requirements for this role are:
- Fluent in English: Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with business owners and managers.
- Willingness to Visit Businesses: You must be comfortable and willing to travel and conduct in-person visits to businesses.
- Self-Motivated & Driven: You must be a go-getter who is energized by challenges and has a strong desire to succeed.
