What Youll Be Doing
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted sectors
- Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
- Present and sell customised staffing and talent solutions to new and existing clients
- Drive strategic account growth while contributing to company revenue targets
- Represent the business at events and networking functions to grow market presence
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver solutions that solve client pain points
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor movements, and growth opportunities
- A hunter mentality with a passion for building client pipelines from scratch
- Minimum 5 years proven success in recruitment or professional services sales
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate, pitch, and close at all levels
- Independent self-starter with high energy, resilience, and persistence
- Excellent interpersonal skills a natural networker and influencer
- Solid understanding of business drivers, recruitment trends, and market shifts
- Matric (Grade 12)
- 5+ years in B2B sales, in permanent recruitment
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
