Role Objectives
To drive and grow the development of Alternative Risk Transfer (ART) Solutions for Hollard Insure in line with overall Hollard Insure strategic intent.
Key Responsibilities
- Construct and offer tailored Alternative Risk Transfer Solutions and products to clients
- To service and manage direct clients, Risk Finance consultants, and intermediary relations on key accounts in order to retain existing business and ensure profitable growth
- Develop stand-alone new business ART Solutions in line with divisional budget objectives and overall Hollard growth aim
- Develop and leverage any underwriting opportunity to blend ART Solutions with Hollard Underwriting Capacity
- Implement/ manage and audit Binder Agreement (underwriting) for a specific portfolio of control in line with the regulatory framework
- To provide service excellence to internal & external customers
- Manage, maintain, and grow a portfolio of existing ART business
- Sustain and develop a profile in the insurance industry
- Identify and develop product enhancements in accordance with market development, client requirements, and/or intermediary inputs
- Communicate new developments/trends in ART space/markets. Local & International developments
- Prepare and execute business development strategy
