Duration: Permanent Independent Contractor 
Salary: $2 500 - 3 000 per month (R38 - 45 000) + Target based commission 

 Our client is a Dubai based digital solution company that provides cloud based enterprise software products in Field Service Management, Fleet Management and Digital Banking with  clients ranging across retail, real estate, healthcare, financial services etc.  The organisation was established 20 years ago and is expanding its reach into the African market.  

Applicants must be set up to work remotely with a “self-managed” attitude and driven to achieve predefined targets.  As the BDM you will be responsible for expanding the company's market share and achieving sales objectives within the assigned market and product segment. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate the involvement of sales support personnel, including customer support, service, and management resources, so that territory performance objectives and customers’ expectations are met.
  • Proactively inspect sales activity and effort ensuring that the quality and quantity of sales efforts meets company expectations.
  • Works with Country Head to ensure market-level strategic and business objectives are met.
  • Direct and support the consistent implementation of company initiatives.
  • Work closely with other sales team members and channel partners, and ensure productivity initiatives, account and territory planning methodologies, and customer communication tools.
  • Lead field forecasting efforts for the assigned territory, ensuring that accurate forecasts are completed on a timely basis.
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer requirements and satisfaction by engaging key customer accounts. Provides a management-level point of contact for key customers. 
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Build peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel.

Qualifications, skills / Minimum requirements

  • 5 - 7 years experience in selling enterprise and cloud software products
  • Suitably qualified in Sales and Marketing
