Job description

BD-Nav is looking for a fast-paced BI project manager to successfully complete multiple ongoing development projects simultaneously within allotted budgets and timeframes. Business Analytics is booming business, and there are many ongoing projects in this field with high expectations.

Duties:
 Project Management manage, guide and compile.
      requests and suggestions and investigate requirements for implementation.
      cross-functional collaboration to define and deliver BI development projects.
      process design and resolve technical design issues.
      Prioritisation of timelines and schedule planning
      technical and process documentation for reference and reporting.
 Communicate
      issues and request fixes from platform hosts and outsourced service providers.
      weekly feedback and tracking progress.
      Test, maintain and recommend improvements for functionality and solutions.
      conduct root cause analysis of issues, review new and existing code.
      Support the launch and implementation of solutions as well as providing post-implementation support in resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations.

Qualifications & experience:
      A Bachelors degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Management or similar.
      2 years in a software development role.
      1 year management of Junior Developers in small teams.
      software development life cycle processes, agile development methodologies (scrum, sprint planning etc).
      architecting and developing workflow-based solutions or functionality.
      knowledge of database management (Relational and non-relational) for visualisation in MS Excel, Power BI.
      MS 365, data storage, analysis, reporting tools and technologies (AWS; Azure; Power BI, Automate, Pivot, Query).
