About The Job
  • The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales and business growth by selling HR products and services. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, contract negotiation and closing, client relationship management, market analysis, and executing growth strategies. The ideal candidate is a client-oriented professional with strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skill
Responsibilities
  • Business Development & Sales of HR Products & Services
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for HR-related products and services.
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients to drive sales growth.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • 2. Sales Cycle Management
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to contract signing.
  • Develop customized sales pitches and presentations based on client needs.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • 3. Contract Negotiation & Closing
  • Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and contracts with clients.
  • Ensure deals align with company goals and profitability.
  • Handle contract finalization and ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
  • 4. Growth Strategy & Market Expansion
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth.
  • Identify new market trends and opportunities in the HR sector.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance service offerings.
  • 5. Existing Client Management
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with current clients.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling HR services.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and handle any concerns or issues.
  • 6. Market Analysis & Reporting
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitors.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
  • Develop data-driven recommendations to improve business strategies.
  • 7. Continuous Learning & Professional Development
  • Stay updated on the latest HR industry developments and sales techniques.
  • Participate in training programs and industry events.
  • Implement best practices in business development and client management.
Requirements
  • Honors or Masters degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Additional training in Sales or HR Management is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Proven success in selling HR products or services.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing.
  • Key Skills:
  • Negotiation skills ability to close deals effectively.
  • Client-oriented mindset strong relationship management.
  • Communication skills excellent verbal and written abilities.
  • Analytical skills ability to analyze market trends and sales data.
  • Multilingual skills proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
  • Additional Assets
  • Proficiency with CRM tools
  • Experience selling HR Saas solutions or other HR technology products.
  • Knowledge of trends and innovations in the HR industry.
