We have a job vacancy for Butchery assistant to work at Seemann's based in Centurion.
Duties:
- The purpose is to maintain and monitor the inventory and product provided, provide excellent customer service levels and ensure safety and sanitary standards are met and maintained.
Requirements:
- The candidate must have at least 2 years butchery and 1 year supervisory experience;
- A sound knowledge of meat and meat products is essential;
- Knowledge of processed meat would be advantageous;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Have excellent communication skills;
- Be physically fit;
- Have initiative;
- Be able to work both independently as well as part of the team.
