About the Position
Role Description:
Summary:
Our sales insurance company is looking for professional, motivated and well-spoken individuals for our outbound call centre.
Primary Role:
Book appointments for our international clients. Provide product information and resolve service or product queries. Enhance company image through professional telephonic interaction.
Job specification:
1. Answer phones and respond to customer requests
2. Provide customers with product and service information
3. Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the
in-house operating system
4. Complete call logs and reports
5. Up-sell products and services as part of Sidqcon
company projects
6. Other duties as assigned as the business requires

Qualifications and experience:
• Matric
• Tertiary education qualification an advantage
• Minimum of 1 years outbound call centre sales
experience within the last 6 months essential
• Fluent in English
• Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
packages
• Sound technical ability
