Job requirements:
- Matric or Equivalent or Grade 10/11
- With or without experience as training will be provided
- Good telephone manner and clear speaking voice
- Self-confident, friendly manner and able to handle pressure
- Good listening, questioning and problem solving skills
- Able to multi-task
