Neo Group is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. As a French-speaking call center agent you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our French-speaking customers.
Responsibilities
- Contacting potential customers via phone, email, or chat to introduce and explain our products or services.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend tailored solutions.
- Provide accurate information and pricing to close sales and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer queries and objections.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve team sales goals.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or cold calling.
- Fully proficient in the required language.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, dialers (like XCally), and sales tracking software.
- Quiet home-office setup with stable internet.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
