About the Position
Call Centre - Night Shift Team Leader
The Team Leader will oversee the specific team they are assigned to. They will work under the direction of and report directly to the BPO Centre Manager. The Team Leader's role is to share their knowledge and skills with members and assist other team members with the functions of the team to perform tasks as needed:
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Attendance - Daily
- Schedule management - Daily/Weekly /Monthly
- Learner Consultant Performance monitoring /coaching
- Learner Consultant performance improvement plan and action
- Invoicing -Weekly
- Payroll - Daily capturing
- Reports
- Meetings
- HR - Disciplinary Procedures, leave, resignations, AWOL
- Recruitment - current capacity / needs
- Training
Qualifications:
- Grade 12
- Proven Supervisory experience with contactable references
