Once recruited, candidates will enter into PMI’s simulated contact Centre accredited work readiness programme ---- 30 credits towards the qualification NQF Level 3 National Certificate: Contact Centre and Business Process Outsourcing Support Contact qualification
SAQA ID: 80566 (Total of 124 credits).

At PMI you will receive a stipend of R500 per week to cover your transport!
