Call Centre Agent

Our rapid growing organization is seeking self-motivated, target driven induviduals with extensive call centre experience. We offer a basic salary + R250-00 attendance bonus and incentives. Uncapped commissions after targets are achieved. (Targets are set from 30 sales upwards)  Monthly incentives. Salary review  and increament after 3 months based on targets acheived and key preformance indicator. Duties includes lead generation, report building on the call, active listening, communication, time management, object handling, gaining commitment and closing techniques. Please note - probation period of 3 days. (To be discussed with successful candidates) ONLY candidates with call centre experiance to apply advantage to be given to candidates that speak 2 or more languages.
