24/7 emergency response call centre requires additional call centre agent in Bergvliet / Southern Suburbs.
Job requirements:
- Shift work roster includes daytime, nights and weekends.
- Situated in Southern Suburbs in a secure environment.
- The individual must be fluent in English and Afrikaans, well spoken with a clear and strong voice.
- He/she will be calm under pressure, conscientious and methodical and empathetic.
- Must have computer skills (Word, Excel, Email etc) and experience with call centre management systems.
- Due to shift work the individual must have access to own transport and able to work in the Bergvliet area.
