We are seeking Call Centre Agents to join our dynamic team. The position has come about due to tremendous growth in the organisation!
Our call centre is our first point of contact with our clients, before queries get escalated to other departments in the organisation. The position is therefore responsible for:
- Handling incoming calls, live chats as well as emails via our communication system;
- Data capturing;
- Assisting in other departments as and when required with administrative tasks; and
- Relieving reception.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and have the relevant working experience to be able to manage this fast-paced environment and deliver world class service to our clients.
