Key Responsibilities:
Handling enquiries over the phone and proactively seeking to resolve and support the needs of every customer
Calling new customers to remind them of their account benefits
Liaising with event ticket providers to ensure the best outcome for customers
Supporting with various bookings for our customers including, theatre, cinema, concerts, operas, festivals, flower shows and sporting events
