- Plan and implement all 3rd Party and Caseware Events in collaboration with relevant sales teams to ensure that objectives and targets are communicated and achieved.
- Assist with the preparation and presentation of event project plans, detailing the following but not limited to: the objective of the event, equipment required, budget overview and summary of event.
- Support the team with coordinating appointments and visits to inspect venues, schedule events, conduct site visits and obtaining resources to help make decisions about event possibilities.
- Play a key role to coordinate entire events within the allocated budget from receiving the brief to feedback reporting after the event.
- Manage events end-to-end and coordinate activities such as managing on-site production (e.g set-up and break-down and cleanup for events as necessary).
- Assist in the marketing of events (social media, company website, etc).
- Develop relationships with suppliers, speakers and venues.
- Collaborate with the marketing team as well as internal stakeholders to plan and create collateral based on the needs of the business.
- Coordinate with designers and suppliers to design, setup, and manufacture marketing material such as banners, brochures, stationary, gifts, etc.
- Source promotional and non-promotional gifts and collateral for events.
- Inventory management of marketing material and promotional items.
- Assist the broader marketing team with campaign setup, integration, implementation, and administrative aspects of Salesforce and Pardot.
- Manage contact information within Salesforce and assist with setting up lists to ensure optimal reach for targeted audiences.
- Capture, process and update data as well run reports and create spreadsheets as needed. Provide day-to-day assistance or any other related duties as required within the marketing team.
- General administration duties and any ad-hoc duties as requested.
- Strong written skills.
- 1 year of work experience.
- Experience with CRM platforms.
- Marketing Degree / Diploma or related qualification.
- Experience in marketing digital focus is advantageous.
- Campaign and event management experience.
- Collateral design and execution.
- Computer skills and knowledge.
- MS Office highly competent.
- Good understanding of software and systems.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce is an advantage).
- Experience with marketing automation tools and systems advantageous.
