As the Campaign Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives. This role requires strong project management skills, creativity, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, whilst developing campaigns that will help achieve the business commercial and brand objectives.The ideal candidate will be results-driven, data-informed, and skilled at optimizing campaigns for maximum impact, along with a passion for delivering results and building brand love.

What Youll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with brand goals and objectives.-
• Strong experience in creating multi-channel marketing campaigns this should include knowing how to brief and manage a creative team and understanding how to effectively use multiple communication channels to achieve communication objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign messaging and creative assets are on-brand and effective.
• Analyse campaign performance data and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
• Manage campaign budgets and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
• Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support campaign execution.
• Communicate campaign progress and results to key stakeholders, including senior leadership and partners
• Reporting: Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly reports.

What You Have

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Background in omni-channel retail is advantageous.
• Deep understanding of various marketing/media channels and their strategic implications.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
