About the RoleNutun South Africa is seeking a Campaign Specialist Risk to execute, monitor, and analyse predefined campaign strategies aligned to our new vertical strategy. This role is critical in driving collections and recovery performance, delivering strong risk insights, and ensuring campaigns achieve both financial and client SLA outcomes across Agency and Principal portfolios.
The successful candidate will play a key role in translating risk strategy into operational execution, using data, analytics, and next-generation campaign frameworks.
Key Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and analyse risk and campaign strategies aligned to business objectives
• Implement Agency and Principal operational strategies to support Nutuns overall strategy
• Meet and exceed financial targets for allocated portfolios
• Deliver on client SLAs, IPMs, revenue, GP, and performance metrics
• Analyse campaign outputs and provide actionable risk insights
• Collaborate with Operations, Dialer, WFM, IT, and Stakeholders to achieve joint objectives
• Deploy and maintain campaign and strategy reporting standards
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements
• Convert data into meaningful management information and reporting
• Support Next Generation campaign frameworks and treatment strategies

Minimum Education & Skills

• Grade 12 (Required)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proficient in MS Office & PowerPoint
• Numerically orientated with basic statistics knowledge
• Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)

Advanced Skills / Exposure (Advantageous)

• OMNI-channel and Digital strategies/platforms
• Project management exposure
• Data analytics and interpretation
• Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, and Data Mining
• Exposure to score modelling (intermediate level)
• SQL (Structured Query Language)

Required Experience

• 5+ years experience in Collections & Recovery
• 5+ years experience in a Data Analysis environment
• 3+ years experience as a Collections Risk Practitioner

Technical Competencies

• Strong understanding of Collections, NCA, and Debt Collectors Act
• Ability to oversee dialing strategies across Retail, Banking, Telco, Public Sector, or Specialized Lending
• Campaign strategy and performance optimisation expertise
• Strong analytical and risk interpretation skills
• Ability to present insights to senior stakeholders
• Knowledge of SAS, Excel, QlikView, BI Reporting
• Understanding of scoring models, prioritisation, and treatment strategies
• Strong grasp of productivity and capacity management in high-volume collections environments
