I Yandisa mathwethwe admit that I meet one of the minimum requirement of the position that have been posted. I pass Grade 12/matric on 2022, and after i got hired at LANGA SUPER SPAR as a general worker for temporal, what meant that I have a bit of being a general worker. I am sure and giving by all means that I can do my duty by all of my power , Imanage my time ,do the best in order to fulfill my wishes, target and goal since from high school . I am ready to start at any time after decision making. I wish that my application can be accepted with warm hands.

I have personally inskilled myself in admin work, being a student had really pushed me to know how to schedule, plan and organize my work in order not to miss deadlines and to just make my life easier. The experience I have gotten from the company and business I've mentioned have equipped me and getting and getting an opportunity to work at Human Sciences Research Council will absolutely be great for my upcoming career. I have done 2 research projects in my final year and I managed to get skills in data analysis and interpretation, data collection, research methods( qualitative and quantitative). I know how to begin a research project on just a research question and finish it by applying all tge skills I gained in doing Sociology and Population studies and Public Administration. I would also like to work in the Social Services Department because studying Sociology taught me how societies work and how people in a society are often affected by social problems and more, I myself grew up in a township and have seen and experienced harsh conditions so I would be a great fit for a job in that department. I would be a great fit for the company because of my eagerness to learn and to provide accurate and superb work in order to prove myself and to elevate my career.
