Pieter has 18 years of building and civil experience where he was responsible for site preparation, foundations, bricklaying, Concrete works, Roofing and trusses, Plastering, Plumbing and electrical installations. Pieter was responsible for all works on building sites and personally did the labour and supervision even when he was appointed as building foreman.
Pieter has personal experience in all aspects of building houses, office or school complexes, hostels and extensions or modifications as well as calculating bills of quantity, placing orders and taking delivery.
Pieter has experience in drawing/ plan interpretation and application, contouring of a site by using dumpy levels, groundworks, curbing, paving and landscaping and erecting shuttering for concrete formwork e.g. pump rooms and underground concrete pits.
Pieter also has experience in storm water management, culverts, piping and trenching, and forming of concrete for manholes, covers and curbing
Pieter is very safety conscious and will always apply the best safety principles to preserve life and property
Pieter has experience in building roads and general roadworks
Pieter has experience in operating of heavy machinery like.TLB,Excavator and Dynapac rollers.
