APPLICATION FOR SUITABLE POSITION
I have currently worked at Aspen Pharmacare (East London), in the packaging, manufacturing and laboratory environment for 4 years.In the packaging and manufacturing departments I worked as an machine operator,I ran and monitor filling machines,labeling machines and carton packing machines for 3 years,then on my fourth year I was appointed as an lab analyst where I was responsible for the analysis of raw materials and samples from finished products.
At the beginning of my career, I was fortunate to be enrolled on a learnership programme at South African Breweries (SAB Newlands), a learnership in Food and Beverages Packaging Operations where I was exposed in various skills process areas such as Filling machine,Bottle Washer machine, Labbeling machine, Inspection machines, Palletizer and Depalletiser machines. After completion of my learnership I was appointed as an Operator then after a year I was promoted to a Semi-skilled technician position in the engineering department, where I was responsible for maintenance of machines and machine components, I broaden my skills and gained invaluable experience in this department.I ensured that all responsibilities and instructions were carried out quickly and efficiently.
During this time, I developed and honoured the skills and charecteristics that are required in a working environment. It allowed me to have the ability to work effectively under pressure, honour commitments and take full liability for consignments.
I am passionate about all these environments that I worked in, and fill confident that I can use these skills and the knowledge acquired to fill any suitable position.
