Driver

Purpose

Drives a light delivery vehicle to transport documents, goods, products, specimens or materials to and

from specified destinations based on a delivery schedule

Duties

• External Deliveries
• Staff transfers
• Performs related administrative tasks and may collect payment for goods and for delivery charges.
• Other duties assigned by management.
• Maintenance of Delivery Vehicle (E.g. Audit + Wash)
• Responsible for general administrative duties, such as own filing and Jira database.
• Marrying Documents i.e. Quotation, Job card & Invoice
• Assists in optimising and developing systems to improve efficiencies within the department

Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Code 8 Drivers Licence
• Experience in working with external suppliers
• Delivery Schedule experience 3 years relevant
• Communication skills (verbal and written)
• Computer skills

• Organizational Skills
