You will be required to receive and disburse money in Retail establishments.The job will involve use of electronic scanners, cash registers, or related equipment. Will also be involved in processing credit or debit card transactions and validating checks.
Duties:
- Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits
- Issue receipts, and change due to customers
- Greet customers entering the establishments
- Resolve customers complaints
- Answer customers’ questions and provide information on procedures and policies
- Compute and record totals of transactions
- Offer customers carry-out service at the completion of transactions
