A well-established property management company currently has a vacancy for a centre manager for a retail shopping centre in Knysna.
Job requirements:
- The centre manager is responsible for the effective management of the centre in accordance with the internal policies and procedures and as regulated by the Health and Safety Act.
- The centre manager has to ensure that the centre is well maintained and in optimal working condition at all times.
- Furthermore, the centre manager is expected to manage a small team of employees and is responsible for all staff related matters, manage leasing enquiries and tenant liaison.
- Looking for an energetic, motivated self-starter with excellent leadership abilities and strong problem-solving skills.
- The centre manager will be required to handle cash and therefore has to have a clear ITC and criminal record.
