We're on the search for a talented Paid Media Manager to join our Digital Agency. To excel in this role you should have relevant experience in Paid Ads Management, with a strong focus on Facebook/Meta & Google Ads. The role is 85% Social Paid Ads Management and 15% Google Ads Management.
In this role, you will take full ownership of your client portfolio, overseeing everything from onboarding and tracking coordination to campaign setup and ongoing optimisations. A passion for data analysis and a keen eye for maximising return on investment are essential to succeed in this position.
Contract: Three-month probation then permanent position.
Team: We're a small team and are looking for a like-minded individual who is down-to-earth, passionate and a high-energy hard worker. It might not be the role for someone looking for a big agency experience. You need to be able to self-manage and drive project completion.
Working hours: 9 am 5 pm (Hybrid - In office 2 days per week)

Daily Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Daily campaign management and optimisation (including but not limited to creating, implementing and monitoring campaign performance)
- Monthly media planning
- Troubleshooting paid ads issues
- Develop weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports via Excel and a reporting tool
- Onboarding new paid ads accounts
- Send paid invoices to clients
- Ad copy editing
- Campaign budget management
- Ad hoc admin tasks related to paid ads
- Facebook/Meta Ads (Preferably 3+ years)
- Google Ads (Preferably 3+ years)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Twitter Ads
- TikTok Ads
- Setting up paid ads accounts (Preferably Facebook/Meta & Google)
- Dashthis Reporting Tool (or similar)
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Tracking set-up and implementation of the tag/pixels
- Asana Project Management Tool (or similar)
- Facebook/Meta Blueprint Certification
- Google Ads Certifications
- Digital Marketing or Marketing qualification
