We're looking for a seasoned Change Manager to join us on a 12-month contract based in Johannesburg, with an immediate focus on supporting major SAP migration programs. This is a key opportunity to embed directly into strategic IT initiatives and play a leading role in one of the organization's most significant digital transformations.
As a Change Manager, you'll bring structure, strategy, and empathy to transformational initiatives by delivering on key service areas:
1. Change Planning & Strategy
- Develop tailored change strategies that align with business goals
- Drive adoption across technology and business teams
- Map and manage stakeholders with precision
- Serve as a trusted advisor between leadership, teams, and clients
- Evaluate change impacts on people, processes, and platforms
- Mitigate risks while ensuring regulatory and policy compliance
- Craft compelling communications and training plans
- Deliver the right message, to the right audience, at the right time
- Support business units and IT teams through change
- Solve real-time adoption issues and reinforce new ways of working
- Leverage KPIs, surveys, and feedback to measure success
- Iterate and improve based on insight-driven decisions
- Foster a culture of innovation and adaptability
- Champion change readiness at all levels
- Keep leadership informed with accurate records and insightful reports
- Partner with IT, HR, and business units to ensure alignment
- Drive integration across cross-functional teams
- Demonstrate successful delivery of enterprise IT change, with strong experience in SAP migrations
- Operate with frameworks like ADKAR, Prosci, or similar
- Apply structured stakeholder engagement models
- Build and execute communication and training strategies that drive adoption
