Hours: MondayFriday | 3:00 PM 11:00 PM (SA Time)
Salary: $1, 000/month (higher for exceptional candidates) R16 000.00

Requirements:

• Strong operational management experience
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Experience dealing with U.S.-based companies
• Perfect English (spoken and written)
• Very strong problem-solving ability

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate with U.S. auto insurance companies
• Identify operational pain points
• Improve systems and workflows
• Implement solutions to increase efficiency
