Chef Kitchen Manager-East Rand

Chef / Kitchen Manager needed for Restaurant group in the east rand. Looking for individuals with 4+ years relevant chef experience. Experience in an a la carte Restaurant environment essential. Must be able creative and able to create and cost new dishes. Duties will include food preparation and quality control. Candidates will be expected to train and manage staff on new dishes . Only experienced candidates with good references need to apply. Standard Restaurant working hours apply. Will alternate between Kempton Park and Boksburg. Salary R 12000 - 15000 K CTC.
