Chef Kitchen Manager-Midrand

Chef / Kitchen Manager needed for upmarket Restaurant in Midrand. Looking for individuals with 6+ years relevant chef experience. Experience in an a la carte Restaurant environment essential. Must be able to coordinate and manage a busy kitchen operation. Main focus will be food preparation and quality control. Must be proficient in all types of food delivery. Will be responsible for kitchen control systems, food cost and stock management. Candidates will be expected to train and manage staff. Only experienced candidates with good references need to apply.
