Chef Kitchen Trainer-Gauteng

Restaurant Group in Gauteng is looking for a Chef/Kitchen Trainer. Main duties will include training staff on food quality & presentation, recipes and franchise standards. Looking for a chef with experience in training staff / menu planning & costing / general kitchen management & various different cooking techniques. Will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the quality of food standards throughout the group. Will only consider candidates with food & beverage training experience preferably in the franchise Restaurant industry. Strong communications and administrative skills essential.
