Restaurant in Fourways is looking for a Chef who can also work front of house when required. Looking for individuals with 3+ years relevant chef experience in a Restaurant. Experience with al a carte essential. Must have good all round cooking skills. Main focus will be food preparation and quality control. Strong knowledge of stock control and food costing required. Successful candidate will also be expected to manage the Restaurant floor and deal with customers from time to time. Must be presentable and well-spoken. Salary R 10000 - 13000 K nett.
