Requirements

• Offer strategic financial direction and foster business expansion and profitability alongside the exec team.
• Ensure clear communication with EXCO and the board, steering financial accounting projects.
• Cultivate robust relationships with stakeholders and compliance authorities, and manage financial performance and risk mitigation.
• Apply best practices in leading the relevant teams.
• Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Stay informed on regulations, trends and market conditions to foresee and mitigate.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

• CA(SA) / CIMA (ACMA, CGMA) with 8+ years post articles experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience essential.
• Chem/ Pharma / Similar industry experience highly advantageous.
• Exceptional people skills.
