Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior CTO to join our team in the Philippines for a 12-month contract. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in both telecommunications and banking sectors, demonstrating a deep understanding of fintech solutions and their application within a telco environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Provide high-level thinking and strategic direction for the integration of fintech solutions within our telecommunications framework.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Solution Architecture: Design and implement innovative technology solutions that enhance service delivery and customer engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, to drive initiatives and present progress updates.
- Experience: Minimum of 20 years in telecommunications and 10 years in banking, with a strong track record in fintech-related projects.
- Skills: Proven expertise in project management, solution architecture, and high-level strategic planning.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the fintech landscape and its intersection with telecommunications.
- This position requires a commitment to a fully onsite role in the Philippines.
- The contract will not permit permanent employment due to overseas regulations.
