, Qualifications,

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering or B.Eng in Civil Engineering
• Fitter Red Seal Certificate (Advantageous)

, Experience,

• 0-3 Years Experience in a Maintenance Environment as a Technician
• Asset Care Experience

, Duties,

OHS Act Compliance

• Ensure Statutory compliance

Responsible For MTTR & MTBF Analysis

• Identify problematic equipment
• Determine AM & PPM focus areas
• Review Work Order & Schedule Compliance
• Review Resource Utilisation
• Review critical, PPM & AM spares lists
• Review and analyse 5-Why analysis
• Advance problem solving and collaboration with Reliability Engineer
• Participate in root cause analysis investigation
• Execution of reliability improvement projects

Budget Control / Cost Management

• Approve purchase orders within certain cost limit
• Obtain quotations from external service providers
