Minimum:
- Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience, ideally in a banking/administration/retail administration environment
- Capitec Bank experience
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
- Higher Certificate in Accounting - Financial Accounting or Banking
Min:
- Understanding of basic mathematical / accounting principles in a retail /financial services environment
- Relevant banking systems and applications
- Standard Banks Link (SBL)
- Knowledge of claims
- Knowledge of CIT (cash in transit) processes and compliance
- Knowledge of Capitec's policies, procedures and best practises.
- Knowledge and Experience of compromise notes ( Burn and Mutilated Dye-Stain).
- Knowledge of SARBS regularities and standards.
- Communications Skills
- Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Business writing skills
- Planning, organising and coordination skills
- Attention to Detail
- Clear criminal and credit record
