Purpose Statement

• To provide administrative support to the relevant business unit/department in full adherence to agreed SLAs and policy and procedure framework

Experience

Minimum:

• Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience, ideally in a banking/administration/retail administration environment

Ideal:

• Capitec Bank experience

Qualifications (Minimum)

• Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

Qualifications (Ideal Or Preferred)

• Higher Certificate in Accounting - Financial Accounting or Banking

Knowledge

Min:

• Understanding of basic mathematical / accounting principles in a retail /financial services environment
• Relevant banking systems and applications
• Standard Banks Link (SBL)

Ideal:

• Knowledge of claims
• Knowledge of CIT (cash in transit) processes and compliance
• Knowledge of Capitec's policies, procedures and best practises.
• Knowledge and Experience of compromise notes ( Burn and Mutilated Dye-Stain).
• Knowledge of SARBS regularities and standards.

• Communications Skills
• Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
• Business writing skills
• Planning, organising and coordination skills
• Attention to Detail
