  Administering and managing insurance claims from inception to finalisation
  Applying legal analysis and judgement in assessing and resolving claims
  Liaising professionally with brokers, service providers, and internal stakeholders
  Ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, policy terms, and internal protocols
  Drafting and managing claims correspondence and maintaining accurate records
  Updating claims systems in line with organisational standards

  Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa (non-negotiable)
  Strong bilingual proficiency in English and Afrikaans
  (verbal, written, and professional communication)
  Sound understanding of legal principles within a commercial or financial context
  Excellent written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills
  High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and professional judgement
  Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  Computer literacy (MS Word, Outlook, Excel)
  Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure


  13 years exposure to insurance claims, legal practice, or financial services
  Familiarity with insurance legislation or claims processing systems
