Experienced Short Term Insurance Claims Consultant required to register, administer, negotiate and finalise Personal Lines Claims.
Minimum requirements:
- RE5 essential
- 3 years’ short term insurance claims experience required
- Full FAIS qualification preferred, but will consider candidates working towards qualification
Responsibilities:
- Register claims
- Appoint Suppliers, Loss Adjuster, Assessors
- Repair / Replacement authorisation
- Finalise claims within SOP and SLA
- Liaise with Insurer and Insured
- Negotiate settlement
- Loss ratio control
- Insurer approval for claims exceeding mandate
