Claims Manager

Lexdan Select is assisting an Insurance company with their search for a Claims Manager based in Cape Town. Functions:

• Reviewing problematic claims (including bad risks) and providing recommendations
• Identifying fraudulent claims during reviews
• Analysing claim costs
• Handling of insurance complaints
• Lead the weekly / monthly claims forum meeting to address key issues and problematic claims

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and claims procedures
• Extensive short term insurance experience
