Minimum Experience
- Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in claims administrative role.
- Minimum 1 2 years experience in Claims Web and App Chats will be beneficial.
- Through good digital communication, chat with our valued clients via WhatsApp, Web and MiWay Apps.
- Comprehensive feedback to clients on all Claims-related queries to ensure that all needs are met at first interaction.
- Escalate any claims to the relevant claims group business units, should you not be able to do first-chat resolution.
- Offer clients any assistance to operate or lodge claims on our digital platforms.
- All the above needs to be completed under the set service level targets, while ensuring you do not cause complaints in your interactions with our clients.
- You will be required to offer the utmost world-class service that deserves logged compliments from our clients, where targets will be set to be reached.
