- Daily, weekly and monthly targets for the Cleanout department
- Making sure that biosecurity rules and procedures are followed
- Setting up cleaning schedules
- Planning and removal of litter on the farms as per the company procedures.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance
- Supervising and motivating staff which includes staff discipline and time management
- Implementing and understanding the 20 Keys programme (better, cheaper, faster)
- Must have your matric
- A minimum of 3 years experience working in a supervisory or similar position within the Poultry environment.
- Must be able to perform hygiene sampling on farms as per the SOP.
- Must have a valid drivers license - code 10
- Must be able to work irregular times ie overtime and public holidays
