Purpose of Job
Provide expert clerical services as part of an integrated administrative and office support function, delivering administrative, SAP, procurement, and documentation support to mechanical maintenance, turnarounds, and breakdowns to enable safe, timely, and compliant execution of work
Key Accountabilities
Meet individual and contribute to team targets and make appropriate adjustments.
Ensure that self and team meet targets, due dates and quality standards.
Ensure that work outputs meet quantity and timeline standards as per the BU and Sasol requirements.
Develops and gives input to systems and processes that enable effective and efficient administrative operations.

Use, control and maintain all BU and Sasol equipment, time, infrastructure and other resources effectively and efficiently (costs and time).
Complete tasks in a cost-effective manner, show an awareness of budget allocations as well as an awareness and drive to contribute towards achieving savings in the BU's expenditure.
