Client Management Coordinator

Roles And Responsibilities
  • Oversee the activities of the client administration team to ensure optimal efficiency within client administration, deployment and treasury.
  • Onboard and train new team members.
  • Periodically review internal protocols and procedures and suggest changes that will contribute to the efficiency of the department and team.
  • Suggest new protocols as appropriate.
  • Coordinate weekly, monthly and adhoc reporting as directed.
  • Be the first point of contact for client complaints and concerns.
  • Escalate client complaints as necessary.
  • Track client satisfaction levels and report accordingly.
