Client Co-Ordinator Intern

Role Description
  • Administration support to the Finance and Commercial teams.
  • Support the Commercial team with opportunity and quote management.
  • Input and process data during the pre-sales process as well as update any changes where required.
  • Obtain missing information and validate the data entered to ensure it matches what has been provided.
  • Monitor, manage and issue subscription renewals on time.
  • Ensure quotes are accurate, issued on time and approved by the client in a timely manner and processed through to a sales order.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the status of work you are handling.
  • Ensure internal SLAs and deadline are met and all requests are answered efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate data in the sales CRM and Finance platform
  • General administration and general data entry as required.
  • Data Cleansing and data Input projects.
Skills Required

Desirable
  • Educated to NQF level 6 or above.
  • Experience in administration, data entry input, or sales support.
  • Experience in a busy office environment.
  • Have a working knowledge of CRM and/or CPQ systems is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience of using and reading spreadsheets.
Essential
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to follow processes and procedures.
  • Manage priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate with colleagues all levels.
  • Ability to interpret data.

  • Self-motivated.
  • Good computer skills, specifically with business-oriented applications such as Microsoft Office, in particular, Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • A friendly, helpful and approachable attitude.
