"Client retention officer needed for a conveyancing law firm, in Bellville. The applicant will be working in the Hermanus and surrounding areas, in which the applicant must reside.
Duties and responsibilities:
Maintain and strengthen client relationships, including current clients, current estate agents and current bond consultants;
Building brand awareness;
Develop PR strategies, organise PR campaigns/events and expand existing campaigns;
Develop and expand social media strategies;
Prepare and design promotional material;
Draft presentations and/or reports;
Communicating with service providers, working with budgets, placing orders, etc.;
Driving to appointments, even long distances outside the Overstrand area; and
Any other duties required in the scope of work.
Requirements:
Valid code 08 driver’s licence;
At least 3 years prior experience in marketing, real estate, conveyancing, mortgage finance and/or property;
MS Office skills (including MS Word, MS Excell, MS Outlook, MS Power Point)
Social media skills (including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn)
Deadline driven;
Ambitious and positive attitude;
Relationship-building and strong interpersonal skills; and
Presentation, creative, organisational, detail orientated skills.
