To service all of corporate clients from onboarding (KYC , Account Opening and Channel Enablement) to supporting them implement host to host channels to them using all products and channels Helping clients maintain their products and channels and help client optimise their banking relationship by finding opportunities for efficiencies and where necessary supports the clients to renew the products and channels as a result of new functionality and or new regulation This role trains our clients on all bank products, processes and use of our channels
- On-board all new client relationships and entities to the Bank Support account opening and channel enablement for clients
- Ensure that client data is captured accurately on all relevant systems
- Ensures the client has access to all the necessary platforms and tools to perform their transactions with the Bank
- Plan client on-boarding projects (new and migrations) and monitor resources in terms of deadline, functionality, and quality to achieve project delivery within parameters set
- Comply with all relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements as well as set processes and procedures related to KYC Is the custodian for all client data within allocated portfolio, ensuring data integrity
- Supports the client in executing some client data changes on the Bank's platforms Responds to all client queries
