Our client is a digital marketing agency specializing in providing digital marketing services to dental practices across the USA. They are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team.

About the role:

We are seeking a motivated, self-driven Client Success Lead for our client. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing client relationships, developing effective client success strategies, and coordinating client success efforts across various accounts. Strong communication skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are essential.

Professional Fluency In English Is Essential.

Experience in digital marketing agencies is required.

What youll be doing:
  • Own the client success lifecycle from onboarding to retention, ensuring a high-quality, consistent experience across all touchpoints.
  • Manage and mentor account managers, setting KPIs, enforcing accountability, and driving performance across the client success team.
  • Build and optimize systems, SOPs, and reporting to scale client communication, satisfaction tracking, and renewal processes.
  • Act as a strategic partner to clients identifying risks, solving issues proactively, and surfacing upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with service leads (SEO, Website, LSA, PPC, FB Ads) to ensure deliverables meet expectations and timelines.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews or high-impact touchpoints for key clients to reinforce value and improve retention.
  • Champion the voice of the customer internally advocating for improvements to products, services, and internal processes.
  • Report on client health, churn risks, and team performance directly to the executive team
Who are we looking for?
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Client Success Lead
  • Experience managing and leading a team of client success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant tools.
  • Experience in digital marketing agencies is required.
Position: Client Success Lead

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Preferred Location: Global

Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm EST

Holidays: US Local Holidays

Salary: USD 2500 to USD 3000 per month
